A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: first name, surname, e-mail address, and telephone number.
For what reason?
We use them to contact you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 360 days from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: first name, surname, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your inquiries.
We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the provision of our service and then for 360 days from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not refuse this when making your purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided that you did not refuse this when making your purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
For 5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via e-mail or contact us at: info@watchesgasstation.com
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, certain companies or other persons work for us and may gain access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These are:
the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID No. 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

In our company, no decisions are made on the basis of automated processing or profiling.

If you believe that we do not handle your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or alternatively bring your claims before a court.
